- The Sponsors and associates are not responsible or liable for any loss resulting from the operation of the Scheme beyond the initial contribution of Rs. 1 lakh made by them towards setting of the mutual fund or such other accretions and additions to the same.

- The liquidity of the Scheme's investments is inherently restricted by liquidity of Underlying Schemes.
- Unitholders of the Scheme are not being offered any guarantee / assured returns.
- Changes in government policy in general and in tax benefits applicable to mutual funds may impact the returns to investors in the Scheme.
